Refund and Exchange Policy
We are happy to accept refunds or exchanges within 14 days from the date you received your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it— unused, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, our standard outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the total if a refund is initiated.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at info@tuandkit.com.au. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with our return address. Please note that items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges
The quickest way to receive the item you desire is to return the original item and make a new purchase once your return is accepted.
Refunds
