Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after being placed.
During busy periods, product launches, or promotions, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for dispatch.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details.


Shipping Within Australia

All Australian orders are shipped from our Melbourne warehouse.
We offer standard and express shipping options. 
Standard Shipping: $13 (Flat Rate)
Express Shipping: 0-1kg: $19, 1.01-3kg: $25, 3.01-5kg: $30

Free shipping is available on qualifying orders — this will be automatically applied at checkout when eligible.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and postal delays.


Shipping Within the United States

(Commences 16 November 2025)

All US orders are shipped domestically from our US warehouse, meaning there are no import duties or international shipping fees for US customers.

Shipping rate:
Standard Shipping: $8 USD
Express Shipping: $14 USD

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping: 3–8 business days

Express Shipping: 2–4 business days

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping to New Zealand

All New Zealand orders are shipped from our Australia warehouse.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard International: 5–10 business days

Express International: 1–6 business days

There are no import duties or customs fees for New Zealand customers.
Please note that during holiday seasons or busy periods, delivery times may take longer than usual.


Shipping to Canada

All Canadian orders are shipped from our Australia warehouse.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard International: 6–14 business days

Express International: 4–8 business days

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, transit times may be extended.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@tuandkit.com.


Important Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.
We process and ship orders based on the information provided at checkout.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend the item.

Unclaimed Parcels:
Please monitor your tracking information once your order has shipped.
If your parcel is returned to us because it was not collected from the post office, a re-shipping fee will apply.


Customs and Additional Charges

Any taxes or fees imposed by the destination country (except for New Zealand) are the responsibility of the customer.
Tu & Kit is not liable for any additional charges, including customs fees, postal service surcharges, or government levies.

If a shipment is refused or returned to Tu & Kit (for reasons such as customs clearance issues, unpaid taxes, or failed delivery attempts), a refund will be issued minus the full cost of shipping.


Legal Requirements

We are legally required to declare the full value of all international shipments and must include an invoice for customs purposes.


Returns

Shipping costs on all returns are non-refundable.
Returned packages must be sent via a tracked and insured postal service, as Tu & Kit does not accept responsibility for lost or untracked return parcels.
