Return and Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we’re happy to assist within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping, our standard outbound shipping fee will be deducted from the total if a refund is initiated.

Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
